Hunters Club

Safety & Trust

Keeping the community safe

A good community runs on trust. Here is how we protect it and what we expect from every member.

Verified members

We encourage profile verification so you know who you are dealing with before you trade or travel.

Clear standards

Every member agrees to the same rules. They apply equally to trips, the marketplace and the community.

Active moderation

Our team and trusted moderators review reports, act on violations and remove content that breaks the rules.

Community rules

  1. 1Hunt and trade legally. Follow the laws of your country and the species, seasons and permits that apply to you.
  2. 2Be honest. Describe gear, trips and yourself truthfully. No fake listings, no misleading prices.
  3. 3Treat members with respect. No harassment, hate speech or personal attacks.
  4. 4Keep it relevant. This is a community for hunters, not a platform for spam or unrelated promotion.
  5. 5Protect privacy. Do not share another member’s personal information without their consent.

How we moderate

We review reported content quickly and act in proportion to what we find, from a warning to removing a listing, a topic or an account. Repeat or serious violations such as fraud or threats lead to a permanent ban. We would always rather help members get it right than remove them, but the safety of the community comes first.

Reporting content

If you see a listing, topic or message that breaks the rules, tell us. Use the report option on the content where available, or get in touch directly and we will look into it.
